Application

Depending on the activity: Add 1 stick per day to 500ml - 1,000ml of water. If you sweat a lot or strain yourself heavily, it can also be 2. Simply stir into water & done. Regardless of meals, before, during, or after training.

why no sweeteners?

Quite simple: They don't taste good to us.

We prefer a clean formula without unnecessary additives.

What does it taste like?

Like electrolytes – so slightly salty. To be honest: not like soda, but like pure hydration. You have to like it, we do.

What makes your packaging special?

Our sliding box is made of paper, and the stick pack film is made from compostable cellulose. Unique, fully biodegradable, and certified by TÜV as "home and garden compostable." The currently highest environmental standard for film packaging worldwide.
